Consultant – Finance Transformation (Lisboa/Porto)

Join EY’s finance transformation practice and help clients enhance their finance and operations functions. As a consultant, you’ll work on performance improvement projects, delivering measurable benefits through advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse information from clients and their sector.
• Identify business challenges and propose strategic recommendations to transform clients’ businesses.
• Contribute insights, draft high‑quality project reports, and keep abreast of industry developments.
• Use technology and tools to continuously learn and innovate.
• Support implementation of recommendations, ensuring tangible impact.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in management consulting, audit or fintech/financial industry.
• Experience in operational finance (desired).
• Project‑based engagement experience in finance/accounting processes, consulting or ERP/technology implementations.
• English proficiency.
