Your responsibilities
- As a Finance Performance Improvement Consultant, actively maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Collect and analyse information from the client and its sector, as well as functional areas within the project.
- Identify potential challenges and business needs, and propose recommendations of a strategic and operational nature to transform the client’s business.
- Contribute insights and ideas and assist in drafting high quality project reports.
- Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business.
- Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate.
- Support the implementation of recommendations and solutions, in close alignment with clients’ teams, ensuring the creation of tangible impact.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Master´s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 2/3 years in management consulting environment, audit, fintech’s and/or background in financial industry sectors.
- Background in operational finance is desired.
- Demonstrated experience in
- based engagements in any or the combination of the following areas: knowledge in financial and accounting processes, consulting projects, ERP/technology implementations. - English Proficiency.
