Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing operational improvement projects, leading internal and external teams in initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, reducing lead times, improving service levels and team capability development by designing new solutions and supporting the client in the implementation. Our clients are from all type of sectors and located worldwide.

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced German level required (fluent in German speaking and reading)
• Availability to work in Germany at least 50% of the time
• Integrated in one of the Portuguese Teams (Porto, Coimbra or Lisbon) and available to travel frequently to Germany and/or other countries from Portugal
• Recent graduates or up to 3 years of experience
• Strong academic record. Please include your Grade Point Average (GPA) and overall academic performance in your CV.
