What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the TIA Insurance Core Solution.
• Perform analysis, development, and tuning of solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high‑quality insurance system delivery.
• Support data extraction and transformation processes (ETL), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• 3+ years of professional experience with the TIA Core Insurance Solution.
• Strong expertise in Oracle stack and PL/SQL development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database performance optimization.
• Knowledge of ETL processes (optional but valued).
• Understanding of insurance domain concepts.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
