This is a
- time,
- site role based in Lisbon for a Consultor/a Imobiliário/a. The role involves providing guidance and support to clients in acquiring, selling, and renting luxury properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the property portfolio, conducting market research and property valuations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also demands maintaining market knowledge and identifying new business opportunities.

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to support client requirements and secure agreements
• Capability to participate in and conduct Training sessions related to market trends and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
  - building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and
  - focused approach
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in the luxury real estate sector is an advantage
