Group is recruiting dynamic and motivated professionals to join our Call Center team for the NOS Digital Sales project of NOS Empresas.

We are looking for proactive, responsible, and ambitious individuals.

Responsibilities:

• The NOS sales consultant will work with a client portfolio of B2B enterprise customers, averaging 800 to 1200 clients.
• It is essential that the sales consultant fosters a trusting relationship between the client and the NOS partner.
• Perform tasks related to customer service and management.
• Manage the assigned client portfolio, including
  - up and retention.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (12º Year)
• Experience in Contact Center with more than 6 months in a commercial role (inbound or outbound) in Portugal
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work towards objectives
• Empathy and commercial ambition

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm
• Base salary + commissions
• Work contract
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses
• Meal allowance
