Group is recruiting dynamic and motivated professionals to join our Call Center team for the NOS Digital Sales project at NOS Empresas.

We are looking for proactive, responsible, and ambitious individuals.

Position:

The NOS sales consultant will work with a client base of approximately 800 to 1200 business customers (B2B).

It is essential that the sales consultant fosters a relationship of trust between the client and the NOS partner.

Responsibilities include providing customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring client retention and
- up.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (12º Ano)
• Experience in Contact Center environment with more than 6 months in a commercial role (inbound or outbound) in Portugal
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work towards objectives
• Empathy and commercial ambition

Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
• Base salary plus commissions
• Employment contract
• Vacation and Christmas bonuses
• Meal allowance
