Role: Monitoring and Observability Consultant
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Monitoring and Observability Consultant;
• Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, and Power
  BI;
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Influx
  DB, SQL, PRTG, and APIs (dashboard customization);
• Experience in log and metric analysis;
• Experience in creating alerts and alarm systems;
• Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis;
• Experience with Agile methodology;
• Autonomy and proactiveness;
• Good communication skills;
• Sense of responsibility and critical thinking;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team;
• Strong analytical skills and
  - solving ability;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
