We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for outbound sales calls on behalf of an international insurance company that provides protection plans for household equipment such as televisions and refrigerators. This is a
- oriented outbound role with high daily customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to existing and potential customers
• Promote and sell insurance products for home equipment
• Provide clear information about coverage options and benefits
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle objections effectively while maintaining a
  - oriented approach
• Record customer information accurately and in compliance with company procedures
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

What We Offer:

• Salary: 900€ gross x 14 months
• Performance bonus: average 400€ monthly
• Meal allowance: 167€ monthly, paid via meal card
• Private health insurance

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 11h – 20h
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Requirements:

• Native European Portuguese
• English level B2
• Minimum qualification: 12º ano certificate (mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales, upselling, or
  - selling is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a
  - paced outbound environment
