- Experiência comprovada em implementação e suporte de soluções Dynamics 365 Field Service ou Dynamics Project Operations;
- Bons conhecimentos de Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps);

- Configurar e adaptar o módulo de Field Service às necessidades do cliente;
- Apoiar a equipa técnica no desenvolvimento de extensões e integrações;
- Realizar testes, formações e apoio pós-arranque.
