Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role for a "Consultor Imobiliário" based in Cascais, with some work from home being acceptable. The Real Estate Consultant will handle

- day tasks such as advising clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals, conducting property appraisals, and negotiating property transactions. Additionally, the Consultant will be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and contributing to team training sessions.

Qualifications

• Some experience in Real Estate and Property Management
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation
• Ability to conduct and participate in Training sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a
  - facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
