FICO Consultant/Manager (FI-AA/FI-RE)

Location: Portugal (3 days/week in Porto, to be confirmed)

Start Date: October 2025

Duration: Until April 2027

Language: Portuguese and/or English

We are seeking an FICO Consultant or Manager with strong expertise in FI-AA (Asset Accounting) and FI-RE (Real Estate) for an S/4HANA greenfield implementation project. The ideal candidate will bring experience in S/4HANA and Retail business . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major SAP implementation and shape the financial processes of a leading company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP S/4HANA system based on business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for technical teams and collaborate with ABAP/development teams for custom objects, reports, and interfaces.
• Translate business needs into actionable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios , test scripts , and test data .
• Conduct Unit Testing , Integration Testing , and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Provide ongoing support for defect resolution and
  - testing cycles.
• Assist in master data cleansing and migration activities , ensuring data integrity during the migration process.
• Validate migrated data within the S/4HANA system.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops for key users.
• Document configuration , processes, and solution designs for future reference.
• Ensure business teams adopt SAP Fiori and embrace digital processes .
• Assist with cutover planning and execution, managing go-live stabilization .
• Provide hypercare support before transitioning to SAP support teams.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in FI-AA (Asset Accounting) and FI-RE (Real Estate) modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation .
• Ability to configure SAP S/4HANA , perform testing, and integrate with other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or English communication.
• Previous exposure to Retail business knowledge or greenfield implementations is a plus.
• Availability to travel 3 days per week to Porto (subject to confirmation).

Compensation:
