YOUR MISSION IN OUR HR APPLICATIONS TEAM

Develop HR solutions, through processes improvement, standardization, and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance, and accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
• Support to our
  - users, maintenance, and evolution in the modules of Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (PM);
• Acting as a project manager, you should ensure the requirements gathering, design, and implement the new features and law requirements in those modules;
• Follow and understand the legislation relevant to PY, PA, OM, and PM modules in the three geographies.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a master’s degree level in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
• You have minimum 4 years' experience in working with SAP;
• Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
• A Project Manager skilful (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
• A Functional and Technical knowledgeable in SAP Payroll (Mandatory);
• A Legal knowledgeable of Labour Law in Portugal;
• ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiencyis a plus;
• Spoken, written, presentation and communications skills in English.
