Key Responsibilities
- Manage channel activations : Independently lead the planning, execution, and reporting of Ho

Ca, festivals, and own retail activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer experience goals. - Drive flagship projects : Manage

- end execution of key projects (e. G. , product launches, guerrilla activations, retail experiences, partners engagement. . . ), ensuring impactful delivery and measurable KPIs. - Ensure retail excellence : Oversee activations and visibility in the brand’s own retail channel, coordinating materials, consumer engagement, and operational routines.
- Develop impactful materials : Brief agencies, manage creative development, and ensure the timely production of activation and communication assets.
- Optimize operations : Support efficient execution through process management (e. G. , reporting, consumer care routines, agency coordination) while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate
- functionally : Partner with Brand, Trade, Commercial, and Iberia teams to ensure strategic alignment and integrated delivery of initiatives. - Analyze & report performance : Monitor activation KPIs, deliver insights, and propose improvements to maximize consumer engagement and ROI.
Profile We’re Looking For
- Experience : 4–6 years in activation, trade marketing, brand management, or consumer experience, preferably within FMCG, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Skills :
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and
- functional collaboration. - Analytical mindset to track performance and identify improvements.
- Creativity and agility to adapt to a dynamic,
- paced environment. - Mindset : Independent, proactive,
- driven, and able to take ownership without requiring close supervision. - Language : Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
