IQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) team as a Consumer Behaviour & Insights Practice Area Expert. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you will drive client outcomes, achieve revenue goals, and elevate market presence. You will collaborate with the Emerging Clients Commercial Team to bring technical solution expertise into whitespace opportunities and shape compelling proposals for clients we don’t yet partner with.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue growth by partnering with the Emerging Clients Commercial Team to
- develop proposals that unlock whitespace opportunities with new clients. - Bring technical solution expertise to
- stage client conversations, helping shape tailored,
- led proposals. - Support the expansion of our Consumer / Demand and Shopper solutions into new client segments.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide valuable insights during proposal development to accurately address client requirements.
- Deliver standout responses to RFIs/RFPs, showcasing our solutions' impact.
- Articulate the value of our products, highlighting their ability to tackle
- specific challenges. - Create and share success stories and case studies to demonstrate our solutions' effectiveness.
- Stay informed about new features and capabilities, continuously refining your product knowledge.
- Participate in global Subject Matter Expert communities to share best practices and stay aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and proposing solutions.
- Organize and engage in team routines, including bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused on consumer and shopper research (segmentation, landscaping,

- purchase). - Strong business development skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Thought leadership skills, with experience in content creation and presenting at events or webinars.
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools, with critical experience in proposal development.
- English proficiency is required; additional WEU language capabilities are an advantage.
