Position Summary
A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. The role resolves customer queries, recommends solutions, guides users through product features and functionalities following standard procedure, and serves as the ambassador for Nestlé brands and products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide and clarify information to Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of Nestlé goods for animals.
- Offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and any health issues of consumers’ pets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines.
- Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
- Gather consumer feedback and complete a FAQ database and
- based documents. - Build a relationship with stakeholders from the market, providing information on health and nutrition topics to support business decision making.
- Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Redirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders when unable to provide an answer.
Qualifications
- Advanced written and spoken knowledge in French.
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or in Customer Relations.
- Knowledge of pet nutrition and behavior.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Capable of multitasking and working autonomously while remote.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Employment Type: Full‑time (Monday to Saturday, rotating 8‑hour shifts, remote).
