Position Summary
A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure. Act as the ambassador for our brands and products.

A Day in the life of. . .
- Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide and clarify information to clients regarding the nutrition of Nestlé goods for animals.
- Offer counseling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and health issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines.
- Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
- Gather consumer feedback and update FAQ and
- based documents. - Build relationships with stakeholders, providing information on health and nutrition topics to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling in a timely manner.
- Redirect consumer questions to appropriate stakeholders if unable to provide an answer.
What Will Make You Successful
- Advanced written and spoken knowledge of French.
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar.
- 1+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or in Customer Relations.
- Knowledge of pet nutrition and behavior.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work autonomously remotely.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
