Oporto Accounting is one of the leading firms operating in the international clients market. We are specialized in providing accounting service to foreign companies that are established in Portugal.

Headquartered in Porto, Portugal, with a team of 20 members, we currently assist more than 300 clients distributed across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific operating in Portugal.

We are looking for an accountant to strengthen our accounting department located in Porto.

What you will do:

• Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts;
• Running the accounting in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, preparing taxes
• Communicating with clients to discuss issues related with accounting statuses
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting / financial statements
• Conduct profit and cost analysis

What you need to be successful:

• Degree in accounting, management or economics
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in accounting (minimum)
• Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance Tools
• Good Portuguese and English level
