Role Overview

We are seeking a
- on Accountant with 2-5 years of experience capable of managing
-
- end accounting activities. This role requires proactive engagement in daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, liaison with external accounting services, tax support, and coordination with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping
• Execute reconciliations (Banks, AP, AR, and inventory)
• Liaise regularly with the external provider to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Support tax declarations preparation and submission
• Collaborate actively during external audits
• Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Keep abreast of current accounting legislation and ensure regulatory compliance
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (SNC)
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience in ERP/accounting systems (Netsuite is a plus)
• Experience in US GAAP

Função

Procuramos contabilista com 2 a 5 anos de experiência, capaz de executar as atividades contabilísticas de A a Z. Esta função exige uma abordagem proativa às tarefas contabilísticas diárias, registo de faturas e notas de despesa, reconciliações, contacto com o gabinete externo de contabilidade, apoio nos impostos e colaboração com auditores externos.

Responsabilidades

• Efetuar lançamentos contabilísticos diários
• Realizar reconciliações (bancárias, contas a pagar, contas a receber e inventário)
• Comunicar regularmente com o gabinete externo de contabilidade, garantindo conformidade e rigor
• Apoiar na preparação e submissão das declarações fiscais
• Colaborar ativamente em auditorias externas
• Elaborar relatórios financeiros como Demonstração de Resultados, Balanço e Fluxos de Caixa
• Manter-se atualizado/a sobre a legislação contabilística vigente e assegurar o cumprimento das normas legais
  
  

Requisitos

• Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças ou área relacionada
• Entre 2 a 5 anos de experiência em contabilidade
• Conhecimento sólido dos princípios contabilísticos (SNC)
• Experiência com sistemas ERP e domínio avançado de Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluente em Inglês e Português (falado e escrito)
• Excelentes capacidades analíticas, de comunicação e organização
• Atenção ao detalhe, atitude proativa e capacidade de gerir múltiplas prioridades em simultâneo
