Contact Center Agent – English

We are recruiting a Contact Center Assistant to join our team dedicated to supporting B2B clients.

Your responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to B2B clients in the
- commerce sector. - Manage requests with autonomy, accuracy, and a focus on quality.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.
- Use the internal knowledge base to efficiently resolve complex cases.
Your profile
- Previous experience in
- commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing. - Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.
- Knowledge of
- office tasks or SAP (a plus). - Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
