What we value in you
- Educational background at the level of 12th grade
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer support and administrative roles
- Good knowledge of Office (Word and Excel)
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), with a good level of English
- Experience in customer service focused on customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and conflict management abilities
- Responsibility, commitment, and availability
