Contact Center Agent - Portuguese and Spanish Speaker (m/f/d)

Join Linde Saúde as a Contact Center Agent, providing high‑quality support to patients and clients in Portuguese and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/client service according to company levels of service and quality.
• Record all requests, complaints, or questions accurately in the company system and, if necessary, forward them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Execute outbound calls as defined by the company.
• Ensure data quality, security, and protection.
• Perform complementary administrative tasks.
• Work in shift schedules.
• Actively participate in the digitization and automation processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Educational level: 12th grade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or similar administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); good level of English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict situations.
• Committed, responsible, and available.
• Ready to face new challenges and contribute to the company's digital transformation.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation.
