We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team. The role involves providing initial support to Pharmaceutical Advisors, ensuring technical assistance, and offering
- line support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The Analyst will deliver email, phone, and remote technical support to resolve product or system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  - line technical support to internal and external customers.
• Engage with end users to understand their requirements.
• Resolve routine technical issues; escalate complex problems.
• Notify supervisors of issues.
• Maintain detailed call records using commercial software.
• Assist with PC hardware and software setup.
• Update the helpdesk knowledge base.
• Support training for new colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• College certificate or equivalent experience.
• Previous Service Desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
