Homebased/Remote

The Contact Center Analyst will be the primary contact for Pharmaceutical Advisors. They will assist with technical support and provide
- line support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

The analyst will offer email, phone, and remote technical assistance to resolve product use issues or system malfunctions.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing
  - line support and technical assistance.
• Logging calls in the Help Desk Management system.
• Resolving customer issues remotely or escalating when necessary.
• Communicating solutions effectively to customers.
• Following up on incidents until resolution.
• Updating the knowledge database and staying informed about company products.
• Supporting team training and process improvements.

Requirements:

• College certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Service Desk operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and professional in English.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with quick learning ability.
