Contact Center Analyst - English/Italian Speaking
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Arrangement: Homebased/Remote
The Contact Center Analyst will serve as the primary contact for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) involved in a study. They will facilitate the completion of
- specific tasks remotely via telephone, email, fax, and various portals.
Additionally, the analyst will support multiple studies and programs, including medical information inquiries, pregnancy registries, and collection of
- reported outcomes (PROs) over the phone.
What to Expect:
- Providing information and
- up to incoming calls and emails according to project guidelines. - Administering informed consent verbally or online.
- Following up with patients and healthcare practitioners as per protocol.
- Collecting and entering data into the electronic data capture system (EDC) as per protocol.
- Recognizing and escalating adverse events or medication side effects according to protocol.
- Resolving data queries.
- Maintaining investigator site files as necessary.
- Working hours: 11:00 to 20:00 and 13:00 to 22:00.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- College certificate or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a call center, especially with technology support or clinical settings, is a plus.
- Knowledge of the pharma industry is a plus.
Mandatory Skills:
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
