Contact Center Analyst - German Speaking
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Type: Homebased/Remote
The Contact Center Analyst will serve as the primary contact for Pharmaceutical Advisors, providing technical assistance and
- line support for the CRM System. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers via email, phone, and remote support to resolve product or system issues.
- Logging calls in the Help Desk system and following procedures.
- Escalating unresolved issues to technical teams and following up until resolution.
- Updating the knowledge database and staying informed about company products.
- Training and supporting new team members and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- College certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Service Desk Operations preferred.
- Native or fluent German speaker; professional English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
