- Ensure excellent customer service;



- Respond appropriately to situations presented by the customer and escalate problems to higher levels of support, as defined and documented;



- Perform Back
Office functions;



- Tasks inherent to the function. **Requirements**:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, German and/or English;



- Experience in customersupport, technical support, Back
Office and/or sales;



- Good communication andargumentation skills;



- Good computer skills;

- Team spirit and active listening;



- Flexibility, empathy and diplomacy;
