At The Bridge, by Egor , we are hiring Contact Center Assistants to join a growing team in the area of e-commerce, B2B sales and digital marketing .

What you’ll do:

• Provide effective and personalized customer service;
  
  
• Manage sensitive information responsibly (PCI & GDPR standards);
  
  
• Solve complex requests with autonomy, using internal knowledge bases;
  
  
• Support projects related to e-commerce, sales and digital marketing .

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English (B2/C1) ;
  
  
• Experience in
  - commerce, B2B or digital marketing is a plus;
  
  
• Good communication skills (Portuguese is valued);
  
  
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
