Contact Center French
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our client's backoffice team with great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, emails and texts from clients in a professional and respectfully way;
• Provide precises information about products, services and specific questions;
• Solve problems and find solutions to guarantee our clients satisfaction
• Register and update the clients interaction in the right system;
• Collaborate with the team in order to improve the service process and quality
Requirements:
• Be fluent in french (C2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center will be considered;
• Ability to deal with challenging situations and stay calm under pressure;
• Excellent skills in solving problems and empathize with the customer;
• Basic knowledge in CRM systems and ability to learn about new technologies;
• Flexibility in working hours and availability to work in rotating shifts;
