Contact Center Team Lead
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of 8 sales professionals specializing in cybersecurity solutions. - Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to achieve sales targets and individual growth. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement. - Training & Development:Oversee the initial and ongoing training of team members to ensure they are up to date with the latest cybersecurity products and solutions. Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training sessions to address them. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. - **Client Engagement**:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Participate in client meetings multiple times a week to understand their needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a proactive and
- oriented approach. - Reporting & Monitoring:Monitor and track the performance of all team members, ensuring that call
- ups and client engagements are conducted efficiently. Prepare and present regular reports/presentations on team performance, sales metrics, and client interactions to senior management. Ensure all team activities are documented and tracked in the CRM system. - Leadership & Initiative:Take full responsibility for the team’s overall performance and actively work to meet and exceed sales goals. Encourage a dynamic and proactive work environment where team members are motivated to take initiative and deliver results. Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless operations. **Qualifications**:Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business dev, IT, Cybersecurity, or above (not mandatory)- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Team Lead
- **Skills**:In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions (at least fast learner). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. **Key Qualities**:
