To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Content & Social Media Associate who can bring our brand to life through
- catching content that’s optimised for performance and packed with storytelling power.

Your Mission

Produce
- stopping social and blog content that lives up to brand standards — and free the Manager for strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Content production – Plan, shoot and edit
  - form video, photos and carousels for IG, Tik
  Tok, ads and blog.
• Asset prep & delivery – Optimise images, GIFs, captions and metadata; label assets in the DAM for reuse.
• Support influencer shoots – Coordinate logistics, capture BTS footage, and turn raw material into repurposable assets.
• Copy & visual alignment – Draft captions and email snippets that follow the style guide; iterate quickly on Manager feedback.
• Performance loop – Track post metrics, flag top/bottom performers, archive learnings for the next sprint.

• 2+ years experience as a
  - media content creator or videographer.
• Strong portfolio of vertical video and photography.
• Canva/Figma or Adobe skills plus willingness to pick up SEO copy basics.
• Organised,
  - driven and passionate about brand storytelling.
• Comfortable filming both studio and
  -
  - go content with a mirrorless or phone.
