Your responsibilities and impact as a Content Classification Expert will be:

• Reviewing and analyzing content (videos, images, text, audio) in line with established policies

• Classifying content according to typology and internal guidelines

• Responding to inquiries related to Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals

• Ensuring user and brand safety across platforms

• Working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German and good level of English

• Awareness of social media trends

• Motivation, commitment, and attention to detail

• Openness to intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

• Valid Portuguese work permit
