Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, Tik
Tok, and You
Tube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales.

In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn
- based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

Job Type: Contract/Remote

• Create
  - form and
  - form video content (tutorials,
  -
  - scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
  
• Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
  
• Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
  
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
  
• Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
  

• Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
  
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  
• Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
  
• Basic video editing skills (Cap
  Cut preferred).
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Base Compensation:

• $0. 001 per view
  
• $0. 01 per like
  
• $0. 10 per comment, save, or share
  
• 10%–20% commission on each sale generated
