As part of our Creative Services team , we're looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to create and adapt visual materials that support pharmaceutical brands across print and digital channels. This role combines creativity with technical precision, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and U. S. regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with internal clients, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver compliant,
- consistent creative that meets deadlines and business objectives.
Your day at Ferring
As a Graphic Design Specialist , you will:
- Design and produce creative assets for print and digital channels, including promotional materials, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Adapt existing branded creative into new formats and develop fresh concepts when needed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and U. S. regulatory requirements.
- Perform production revisions such as typesetting, photo retouching, and layout refinements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues.
- Manage multiple projects in a
- paced environment. - Collaborate with internal clients and vendors to deliver
- quality, compliant creative. - Oversee print buying and production management for assigned projects.
- Review vendor proofs for color accuracy and quality.
- Stay current with design best practices and software updates.
Behind our innovation…There's you
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design and production, with at least 3 years in U. S. pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In
Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Figma, and Adobe XD. - Strong portfolio demonstrating
- consistent creative across print and digital. - Solid knowledge of prepress and production workflows, color management, and file troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Effective collaborator with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management systems (Wrike, Workfront).
Preferred:
- Experience in an
- house pharma creative studio or agency. - Knowledge of U. S. FDA/Ph
RMA guidelines and LMR review processes. - Understanding of accessibility standards for digital design.
