Design
Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating a team of writers to produce articles in a timely manner
• Be
  - on in ensuring content deliverables are written and reviewed on time
• Check the text for style, readability, and adherence to editorial policies and SEO best practices
• Rewrite the text to improve clarity and readability
• Assist in publishing blogs on the website
• Improve content processes and workflow automation using AI tools and agents

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience handling a team of writers
• Knowledge of SEO writing/optimization
• At least 3 years of experience in publishing and/or editing
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Highly organized and
  - oriented
• Leadership and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows
• Willingness to work between 4:
  
  00 am and 1:
  
  00 pm EST time (Eastern Time Zone)
