What You Will Do

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations.
• Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with the rules of the Social Media areas.
• Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
• Serve as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with nuanced,
  - dependent policies in an evolving environment.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2) – verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced,
  - production environment
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Ability to multitask, with critical reasoning and effective communication skills
• Fast learner and diligent worker
