What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations
• Review user behaviors and enforce rules of the Social Media areas
• Analyze reports according to protocols and instructions, maintaining
  - quality output
• Moderate between Social Media users, applying guidelines with
  - dependent policies in an evolving environment
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2) — verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) — verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• multitasking, critical reasoning, and effective communication
• Fast learner and diligent
