Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.
• Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.

Lisbon

Qualifications:

• Languages Required: German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment with rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.

• Competitive salary with a €250 Language Bonus paid in 12 installments.
• €380 Performance Bonus based on performance targets.
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day.
• Relocation Assistance: Reimbursement of airfare (up to €400) for those outside Portugal after 180 days, and travel costs (up to €150) for those within Portugal after 180 days.
• Temporary Accommodation: Hotel room for 28 days outside Portugal, 15 days inside Portugal, depending on the project.
