Qualifications

• Languages Required: German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.

Benefits

• Competitive salary with a €250 Language Bonus paid in 12 installments.
• €380 Performance Bonus based on performance targets.
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day.
• Relocation Assistance:
  • From outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare (up to €400 in economy class) after 180 days of employment.
  • From within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to €150) after 180 days.
  • Temporary Accommodation (Outside Portugal): Hotel room for 28 days, depending on the project.
  • Temporary Accommodation (Inside Portugal): Hotel room for 15 days, depending on the project.
• Transport Allowance: Not provided.
