We're hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our lively team in Porto! This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of content for a global
- commerce platform.

Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee product and service standards on the
- commerce platform. Your responsibilities include making rational decisions with local market expertise, as well as guaranteeing quality standards while reviewing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading
  - commerce product and service standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Be flexible to policy changes and shifting schedules while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent German (native/C2 level minimum)
• Good English skills (B2 level)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Quick
  - making and agility
• Confidence and independence
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

What We Offer

• Work in a multinational company on a project with one of the world's most popular social media platforms.
• Base Salary: €1100 gross x 14 months
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63/day
• Complexity Bonus: €80 gross x 11 months
• Location: Porto
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 with 2 rotating days off. Shifts: 07:00 - 16:00, 14:00 - 23:00, 22:30 - 07:30
