Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1 minimum)
• Good level of English (B2)
• EU ID or valid Portuguese Residence Card (mandatory)
• Open to working rotational shifts and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and moderate
  - generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Respond to and resolve user issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in content decisions
