What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate content from end customers and copyright considerations.
• Review user behaviors and ensure the rules of social media policies are applied.
• Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions while maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
• Serve as a central point of moderation between social media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced policies in a dynamic environment.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature.

Your Qualifications

• German language proficiency: Fluent in verbal and written German (C1).
• English language proficiency: Verbal and written English (B2).
• Strong customer service oriented skills.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced,
  - production environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Multitasking ability with critical reasoning and effective communication.
• Fast learner and diligent worker.
