What you will do in this role

1. Take an active role in initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
2. Review, audit, and moderate content from customers and copyright sources.
3. Review user behaviors and ensure adherence to social media guidelines.
4. Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining high quality standards.
5. Moderate content between users, applying guidelines in a nuanced and evolving environment.
6. Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or critical issues.

Your qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), verbal and written.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Multitasking, critical reasoning, and effective communication skills.
• Fast learner and diligent worker.
