What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit, and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations.
• Review user behavior and ensure adherence to the rules of the Social Media areas.
• Analyse reports according to protocols and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality.
• Serve as a central point of moderation between social media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and
  - dependent policies in an evolving environment.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Fluent in German (C1) — verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) — verbal and written
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
• Strong customer service oriented skills
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced, high production environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to multitask, with critical reasoning and effective communication
• Fast learner and diligent worker
