What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations
• Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines
• Analyze reports according to protocols and maintain
  - quality outputs
• Serve as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with nuanced policies in an evolving environment
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging, potentially sensitive or
  - critical issues

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1) — verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) — verbal and written
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Strong customer service oriented skills
• Ability to handle repetitive work in a
  - paced,
  - production environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Multitasking, critical reasoning, and effective communication skills
• Available to work Night Shift
