• Skills required:
• German: C2 level
• English: B2 level
• Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Rational

• Good understanding of

• Ability to manage high volumes during peak seasons
• Excellent customer service skills and empathy

• What We Offer:
• Base salary paid over 14 months: €1, 100
• Complexity bonus paid over 11 months: €100
• Meal allowance (net): €7. 23 per working day
• Transport allowance: €20 per month
• 6-month contract with the client
• 24/7 schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends
• 2 rotating days off
• Location: Lisbon
