Content Moderation in Italian - social media (M/F/X)
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to Byte
Dance users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company’s
- commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
Escalate issues to the company following established procedures.
Requirements:
Italian C2 level
English B2 level
Strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills, rational
- making, and local market expertise.
Good understanding of
- commerce.
Ability to cope with peak queue volumes during promotional seasons.
Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and rational
- making.
Benefits:
Base salary paid in 14 months: €1000
Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: €100
Meal Allowance (net): €7. 23 per working day
Transport allowance: €20 per month
6-month contract
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00 (rotative shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days
Future schedule: 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
