About The Role

Key Details

• Languages: Native/Fluent Italian + Good level of English (written & spoken)
• Schedule: 24/7, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
• Contract type: Full-time,

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review and moderate
  - generated content in Italian and English according to community guidelines
• Maintain
  - quality interactions and ensure safety and respect in online environments
• Collaborate with the moderation team to resolve issues and escalate when necessary

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1, 000/month (x14 months)
• Welcome Bonus: 2, 000
• Performance Bonus: 100/month (x11 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23/day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
• Health Insurance: Starts from day 1 (small monthly contribution); completely free after first 6 months of contract

Your Profile

• Native/Fluent in Italian and comfortable in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines strictly
