Hire Solutions. This role is based in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) and focuses on moderating content across social media in line with client guidelines, promoting service improvements, and supporting users and clients.

What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations.
• Review user behaviors and ensure the rules of the Social Media areas are followed.
• Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
• Moderate between Social Media users using guidelines with reference to nuanced and
  - dependent policies in an evolving environment.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues that may be sensitive or
  - critical.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Romanian (C2) written and spoken.
• Fluent English (B2) written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced,
  - production environment.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Ability to multitask, critical reasoning, and effective communication.
• Fast learner and diligent worker.
