What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate content from end users and copyright considerations.
• Review user behavior and ensure adherence to Social Media rules.
• Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining high quality in each report.
• Serve as a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with
  - dependent policies in an evolving environment.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written Romanian (C1)
• Fluent, verbal and written English (B2)
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
• Strong customer service oriented skills
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced, high production environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to multitask, with critical reasoning and effective communication
• Fast learner, diligent worker
