You will play an active role in ensuring adherence to client guidelines, promoting service quality, and participating in service improvements for all users.

What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience;
• Review, audit, and moderate content from end users and copyright holders;
• Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with social media rules;
• Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining high quality standards;
• Moderate content by applying guidelines in a nuanced,
  - dependent environment;
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or critical issues.

• Are fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both verbal and written;
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience;
• Are tolerant of repetitive work in a
  - paced environment;
• Can work independently and as part of a team;
• Possess multitasking, critical reasoning, and effective communication skills.
