Overview

Content Moderation (Spanish-speaking) - Social Media at Concentrix. This role supports our client's social media platforms by adhering to guidelines, aiding service improvements, and ensuring quality user experiences.

What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, take an active role in initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit and moderate content from end customers and copyright
• Review user behaviors and ensure the rules of the Social Media areas
• Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality
• Be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and
  - dependent policies
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) – verbal and written
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
• Strong customer service oriented skills
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced, high production work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills and communicate effectively
• Fast learner, diligent worker
